recommendation for bank that will give a line of credit on a rental property I own free and clear and property and I are both located in Houston Tx ( specially a LOC) Thanks in advance! Also property was fully renovated this year 2020.

    Hi William. I'm checking if you were able to find a lender for HELOC on investment property in Houston. I'm in the same situation and can't find any.

    Not yet, I'm still speaking to local banks. I have learned that you should not use the term "Heloc on investment property". You should use the term "line of credit on investment property". Also always ask to speak to the commercial department at the bank. Im still on the hunt but progress is slow.
