Mail sent to tenants

This may be a total newbie question but I’ve tried to stop all mail addresses to me from going to the property, but things like property tax and a refi junk mail keeps going to them.

Does anyone have a system when they buy a new place to ensure the tenants aren’t receiving your mail?

@Nick Dunbar   Whenever I buy a property, I immediately put in a USPS mail forwarding request.  That'll help somewhat.  Realize though that marketing mail ("junk mail" not sent 1st class postage) does not get forwarded and that's still going to arrive at the property.

As far as property tax bills and other important mail being mailed directly to you at the property, you need to contact the sender and provide them with your correct mailing address.
