side hustle not related to RE to fund deals?

should i be looking for work in the RE arena such as: real estate agent, construction worker, mortgage officer?

or 

a job that is consistent and it doesnt matter what it is

    find work that you like and/or makes good money and invest in rentals with excess.

    Brian ellwood just posted a podcast about this last week.

    It is good. He's saying you don't have to work in RE just to buy rentals. Heck, go open a car wash and make a bunch of money if you like it! 

    rentals are capital intensive so wherever you can make money to buy into the passive income, do it.
