Hello, I’ve recently been digging into real estate as I’ve found out about it through the Real Estate Rookie podcast, I finished all 32 episodes in one week and am now listening to the main podcast currently on Ep. 25, I was hoping to see if there are any REIs/realtors in or around the Tyler, Texas area and if so if I could connect with you.

I'm thinking at the turn of the year, we could get a meet up here in Tyler. I'm sure we would have more than enough interest to make it worth everyone's time. I've never been a part of one of these. What are the best times to do one of these?

If not, worth revisiting? Friday 5-7 once a month would be great.
@Josh S. Nothing has come to fruition. With a growing family and business to run, I’m reconsidering Friday night and voting for an extended Friday lunch once a month. Thoughts?
@Shea Spinelli & @Josh S. I’m in Tyler and would be interested in creating a meet up for the area. I know some other people that are also interested. I could do an extended Friday lunch, but a weeknight or weekend evening would work better for me.
