Hi all,
I’ve been a member of Bigger Pockets for a while and listening to quite some podcasts. I would love to start investing in real estate in southern Ontario (Canada), but find it difficult to actually get started.
I’m looking for real estate investment groups and courses in my area, to propel my investment adventure. Preferably in the Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo region.

Thank you Tyler. I’m interested in the BRRRR strategy and would love to get started in the next months/year. We have a real estate agent who helped us buy our house in Guelph. Great guy, but very traditional and not a good starting point for investment properties...

Hi Bram! Check out CashFlow Tribe. Its new but its a really supportive community, specially for newbies in REI.
Look up Matt Mckeever, Matt Piche, Kellan James, Jeff Wybo to name a few. They are all in the London, Kitchener/Waterloo area. All have some really good content on social media, specifically for that area.
