Is Stratton Equities Legitimate?

I am earnestly seeking some facts about Stratton Equities. Stratton Equities is a private money lender that I found on the website "Think Realty". I find them to be very intriguing and I am thinking about using their services. However, I wanted to check with my people on this forum just to make sure that I am not getting duped.
