I’m a 17 year old looking to get into real estate investing. I’ve been reading real estate investing books and listening to real estate podcasts and I’m wondering what is the best real estate strategy for newbie investors.
i would say 1st wholesaling, 2nd wholetailing has better exchange value comparison of the opportunity cost of time energy and effort in exchange for money with the risk that goes with it than remodeling homes does in my opinion
but if you want to get rich i would recommend becoming a certified general appraiser if your willing to put in a 4 year hour by hour learning curve and a large volume global real estate builder for mixed use skyscraper if your willing to put in a 9 year hour by hour learning curve most likely you will end up working with government related stuff based on what you do in real estate
