Palm Coast Florida Meet and Greet

Everyone from Palm Coast Florida who is interested in meeting up and talking about using our strengths to make all of us better are welcome.  I am proposing a meet and greet some where in Palm Coast.  Don't care if its over coffee in the middle of the day or drinks during happy hour.  There are a bunch of us in her or BP posting, but what I don't see is us working together.  So lets meet up and figure it out.  I believe we can all bring something to the table and we all can make some money from it.  I mean the goal is to be financial free isn't?  Please reply or reach out and as the Real estate guy say,  " Let make some equity happen!"

    Thanks for chiming in on organizing a meet and greet. Karen I would recommend you join as a Pro member so you can benefit from all the feature of BP. Let keep this thread going so it pops up on peoples radar and in a few weeks hopefully we can set a date and location. Have a great weekend!

    Hey all! 

    My wife and I would be in, as well. We're still in the planning stages (been reading, listening to podcasts and talking strategies for over a year), but now that we're settled in our new house in Flagler Beach, we're ready to make real plans for the future. Interested in BRRRR and flips, where to find capital, and making connections to find deals.

    @Mike Cavaliere I’m going door to door speaking with distressed homeowner 30 days or less away auction. I’m an investment Agent specializing in finding, fixing and flipping Palm Coast | Flagler Beach | Ormond properties. I went to the art institute of Ft Lauderdale for Interior Design I manage the renovation project from A-Z, then market, show & sell it for you. All you really have to do is approve the selections I present. Pretty easy deal

    Hey everyone, sorry I have not been on in a while.  Been crazy busy with a new puppy and building out our new commercial space.  Give me till the end of the week and I'll name a place and time.  Might have it at our halfway finished office.

    All I'm getting is crickets...  Only two people have said that Mar 9th will work.  Im going to try this again.  March 16 at 7pm.  Enkore Real Estate Office   108 Flagler Plaza Dr Palm Coast.  Winn Dixie Shopping center on 100.  We don't have a large sign up yet, we are next to Edward Jones.  Please let me know if you plan to attend on this thread.

    @Joseph Beilke I’m disappointed about the low turn out too but perhaps we can create a little buzz to entice more participation. I was wondering what you thought about possibly holding the event someplace fun so people actually want to go - like - today I got invited to attend a new Palm Coast Real Estate networking event at Oceanside Beach Bar & Grille.

    It’s being held by another agent but I’m going anyway and taking guests. It’s called Palm Coast Rockstar Connect Networking Event (April 6 at 6pm) Now that sounds like mixing business & pleasure! :)

    I’m wondering if that might create more enthusiasm rather than folks getting off work and then having a meet-up in Real Estate Office. My 16yr old daughter works there as a server and I could arrange the upstairs room. Happy to help. LMK

    I agree but I was just setting up a meet and greet.  Nothing but a little business chat and new connections and talk about idea and how we can grow our network.  I have been in the jeep club community for many years and I found when you have meets are bars and restaurants all new people have a hard time finding their way into a conversation.  Plus with just 6 to 8 of us I think we might not know who to talk to in a packed Beach Bar on a beautiful evening.  I have a friend that works there too and we discussed it.  I would like to do It there in the near future for sure and we can talk about Tuesday.  This is the first time I'm trying something like this so please don't hold the bar real high.  I would like to keep this to about an hour to 90 mins.  Nothing formal, no plan. I'll pick up a Publix Sub Platter and Wings, Few two liters.

    @Joseph Beilke Ok cool, let’s stick to the plan. BTW I just bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4D soft top so totally looking to go off-road and get into the Jeep community too. Hook me up. 🙌🏻🌴☀️
