If you have made millions in the real estate market and know the ins and outs of the real estate market, please comment. I, Johnnie Fluker am seeking a long term relationship for teaching and a starting point for constant collaborations amongst each other. Please, feel free to comment if your free to help. You, Johnnie Fluker, need to establish what your value is to someone who would choose to mentor you. This seems like an attempted manifestation, but millionaire investors aren't looking to collaborate with someone who just wants to, they need to know what you can bring to the table that would make it worth their time. You need to build a pitch to get a mentor. If not, why would they spend their millionaire knowledge and time on you?

I have found that I do my best learning in small groups.  The indianapolis area has very sharing local investors - The biggest local groups are CIREIA and INREA plus there are many facebook groups as well.  A couple of the well established wholesalers in the area are now doing podcasts and zoom calls instead of one-on-ones.  Indy Investor Pod and The CEO Nation are a couple of my favorite local ones.

It would be helpful to have a clear real estate strategy selected, and then find investors who have already had success in these areas even if they are just 1 or 2 steps ahead of you in this strategy-and they may not be millionaire investors. For example, are you wanting to receive mentorship from a flipper, wholesaler, buy and hold, BRRRR expert, apartment syndicator. CIREAI is a great place like stated above for Indy Investors- there are very successful flippers, wholesalers, BRRRR experts, and the groups are really helpful. This provides exposure to many different real estate strategies and might help you identify an Indy market/neighborhood that will support your strategy.

@Johnnie B. Wright  As a tip, definitely work on your grammar for your pitch.  I see at least 2-3 incorrect phrases in your short post:

"Indiana area or any wear near"

    "if your free to help"

Sorry but if you incorrectly use "your" vs "you're" in your pitch, not many people are going to continue reading the whole post, not to mention taking the time to become a mentor.

I would suggest you start by buying real estate books and reading. That’s what I did years ago. I bought some secondhand courses went to half dozen boot camps and took drastic action and never stopped. To say a millionaire real estate investors are looking to spend time for free working with someone that has not yet done any sort of self education is not highly likely, but hey you never know.

There was a guy a few years back on Bigger Pockets that was offering free training and free advice so I reached out to him to see if I could benefit from such a giving soul.  It turns out he knew a lot less than I did. LOL

    Best regards
