We have been staying in NJ for last 10 years. We currently own a home in Montgomery NJ. We would like to buy an investment property in and around NJ with good/decent ROI.

We are new and currently not sure where to invest..

1.Should we go out of state ...if soo which state to consider?

2.Which are the decent places to invest in NJ
