Real estate pros: what annoying things do new investors do

I'm any field there are annoying things that clients do constantly that seem like common sense to people in that field. What area of real estate do you work in and what are some common faux pas that new (or experienced) investors do that drive you nuts?

     Nothing drives me nuts because I'm self-centered and only care about myself and what I'm doing 馃槀  . OK, that is a little facetious - but only a little. I have single-family rentals and I would say that the biggest missed opportunity I see from other landlords is general laziness - not painting worn paneling; refusal to re-work odd spaces or configurations; not putting in a dishwasher; etc. all things that in my area limit the desirability or marketability of the property. But I benefit from these "faux pas" as you put it, so I'm glad about it ;)
