Does a real estate investment appeal to you? Investing in real estate is promising, considered as the Top asset to invest in. Prioritize securing a property for a good reason.
On top of mind at the moment are bully a**hole commercial brokers.I've never met.
Why do the big dogs think they can bully the little guys? I told him to re-do it with a simple LOI to begin DD but use the standard multi NWMLS Form if it gets serious. I should just tell them to all p off.
Update. He submitted a simple LOI and agreed to use a standard NWMLS Form as the PSA if we survive the 25 day feasibility period.
I have a sales angle of some kind so I am saying nothing while starting a discussion. Cool, huh?

Some big city (Seattle) commercial broker submitted a basically unsolicited offer to buy my one of my apartment buildings.
While attractively priced, It's 24 pgs of proprietary legal doublespeak that basically guarantees I pay him $35k in commissions whether we close our not, warrants and forever and holds harmless his buyer if hazardous materials are ever discovered on the property and blah blah. It's completely assignable and says he's already given me the agency handbook even though we've never met.
