What kind of loan terms are usually given with RV parks

Hi, I am looking into purchasing an RV park. I am wondering what terms there are for these kind of loans. Thanks in advance!

I usually see these at 70-75LTV on 30 year fixed rates between 9-11% at par pricing. No cash flow requirements if the loan is under $750k and no lender points.

Usually 65-70% LTV. 5/1, 7/1 term products. Asset must DSCR.
