How do I find a real estate loan sponsor?

    Hi James, Can you help me understand better of what you are needing assistance with? Why do you feel you need help in getting a loan? What are the typical size and type of your projects? Flips? New Construction? Rentals? How much capital are you able to raise for the cash injection. I truly want to help you, but I could use your information to do so. Thanks so much.

    Thank you, but I've been a lender for 32 years and I'm unfamiliar with the term "sponsor". If you can clarify, perhaps we we in the BP peanut gallery can assist.

    Since I am new to the CRE Loan process, I googled the term, you may do the same and get the answer you need for kowledge. I already have a finance company, so I do not need your services.

    I may have some resources for you.  The question is how are you looking to vest in these projects?

    I have several deals right now where the sponsors are looking for LP... they are offering equity and returns at exit.

    Thank you, but I have no interest in becoming an LP. That is why I am looking for a loan sponsor.
