Anyone have experience with Zoltar Lending out of Cincinnati?

Hello all, came across a contact from Zoltar Lending on Facebook and I am skeptical as you might expect. Based on their business filings, they have been in business for over 18 years. Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they legit, timely, professional and pleasant to work with?
