Anyone have experience with Zoltar Lending out of Cincinnati?

Hello all, came across a contact from Zoltar Lending on Facebook and I am skeptical as you might expect. Based on their business filings, they have been in business for over 18 years. Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they legit, timely, professional and pleasant to work with?

We're in Cincinnati, never heard of them and we go to a lot of REI events in town.

    We're in Cincinnati, never heard of them and we go to a lot of REI events in town.

    If you google the company and do not see any reviews that usually is not the best sign. But I would not, not use them just because people responding to this post have not heard of this specific lender.

    It's a little more involved than that, Austin. When you go to multiple REI events per month and get to know the active REI lenders in town, I think it is pretty helpful for an out-of-town borrower to hear that this company is not known here at all.
