Has anyone dealt with Suncrest Capital Group?

 When in Doubt for Florida, look them up on Sunbiz.org, search by Company name, then cross reference with owner name.You go deeper and check Civil Records for Lawsuits. Same applies with any other State, check Licensing, BBB or Corp Lic. There are some reputible ones and some criminals outhere.

    Why not just work with a reputable lender on here? What terms are they proposing?

     That they don't service their loans well, lag on draws, say they can close fast but don't etc etc. There many concerns with a newish lender that I'm having a hard time finding references for. What was you experience like?

    I see why folks are asking this company says they do 100% loans for purchase and rehab with a whopping 620 fico.. I dont like any company personally that does not put their principals on their website as in meet the team.. ...  so you can easily do some background on the principals.. I suspect but dont know .. this has all the red flags of lenders to watch out for as in pump and dump due diligence schemes.. Not saying they are just appearance.

    @Camilo Diaz did you move forward with them? 

    I reached out to them to schedule a chat, see if they deliver. I found them on sunbiz site when I searched  the company name under fictitious name! 

    @Tru Verret Fleming What was your experience? Did they close on time and deliver as promised?

      can U be more specific as to what makes you nervous is the reason your even talking to them because of 100% financing and low fico ??  Be helpful for others for you to give feed back on your call since there are about 7 or 8 people on this thread asking the exact same questgions.
