HELOC for 2 unit investment property in Chicago, IL
Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know of a lender who can provide a 1st lien HELOC on a 2 unit rental property? Great rental income, strong FICO, low LTV (60% or below), strong liquidity and PFS. Thanks in advance.
