I recently made a post about a loan I was trying to get. Someone replied that I should use someone local. I am new to this field and don’t know if any.

    What kind of loan are you looking for? Commercial rehab loan? Conventional? There are some great lenders around here that go up to 80% LTV.

    @Kynell Martin. There are local portfolio lenders, Bank of Akron, Alden state, and hard money lenders listed here on BP.

    After further review I just need to find a buyer my credit is hindering me at this point. So are there any buyers in western ny area
