Anyone familiar with financing or buying a condo in leased land?

I am looking at a property that happens to be on leased land. I have bought and sold a couple properties in the past but I am not too familiar with properties on lease land. Any tips or advice regarding lease land such as financing it, would it be challenging to find a bank to finance lease land?
