What's everyone's favorite credit card as a landlord? Seems like there are lots of options, just want opinions on which offer great rewards and other benefits.

    I am not a landlord, though am a Realtor. To me, maximum flexibility and lowest rate, since I have to carry costs until I get paid. For me that was going local.

    Michael Schmidt The Chase Ink card gets you 5 points per dollar spent at office supply stores. You can purchase many types of gift cards at office supply stores that could be beneficial for you as a landlord. For instance Home Depot and Lowe's offer gift cards sold at office supply stores.
