Hi all! Ima a noobie to the game n trying to figure out how I can get HELOC on my investment property (Quadplex) in Fort Myers FL n ima from NYC

@Brian Warren @Min Liang PenFed like suggested. I have one through them as well. If you are not former military etc you can make a donation to a charity to join. I think it was like $20 or something. They go 80% loan to value on investment properties but IT IS based on your DTI, credit etc like a traditional mortgage.
