CPA/Taxes in Nashville TN.

Hello all. 

I am reaching out for any assistance on good contacts for a CPA or someone to assist with our taxes in the Nashville area. We are about to list our Airbnb and would like to get started in the right direction. We need to do our taxes from last year as well. We are looking for someone to work with moving forward to assist with tax savings benefits. Thank you very much.

@Jordan Carter I don't think the location of the CPA matters provided that they have a solid background in Real Estate and software/tools to support you remotely.

There are 20+ real estate CPAs commenting in this forum. Pick one that is commenting on your specific situation and DM them.

    Hey Jordan! Many accountants can work in other states, they don't need to be living there or even have an office there to do great work. For example, we have several clients focused on real estate investing doing short term rentals in other states that we do great work for out of our main office in Manassas VA. I hope that allows you to broaden your search!

    @Jordan Carter If I were you, I would broaden my search from just the Nashville area as the location of your CPA is not as important as their experience with real estate. A good REI CPA will want to save you more money than they cost you. Are you looking to invest in even more STRs?

    You should definitely hire a CPA that specializes in real estate. @Account Closed are great options. As you grow your portfolio, you may want to consider hiring a bookkeeper if accounting isn't your thing.
