Hello,

We have a STR in Davenport, FL area and looking for some recommendations for Cost segregation study companies. The rental house is 9BR and about $850k so hoping it would benefit us with W2 tax. Any leads would be appreciated.

First - Have a conversation with your CPA to see if will be beneficial. it appears that you are unsure based on the phrase "hoping it would benefit us". Your accountant may have some recommndations.
Second - most cost segregation firms operate nationwide.
