Hey fellow tax pros and REI.

I used to post here a lot as I am a CPA interested in Real Estate. I stepped back to focus on my professional development and technical expertise. 

What I have I missed? Its nice to see familiar faces and some new ones. Like Logan Allec, I watch his YouTube shorts and they have helped me better communicate to my coworkers in the tax controversy ddepartment.

I love taxes and talking about them. Looking forward to chatting again,

Welcome back, Austin. Always good to see another CPA who genuinely enjoys the technical side of taxes and real estate. With the One Big Beautiful Bill passing last July, there have been some meaningful tax law changes that investors are still catching up on. It’s been interesting seeing where the biggest planning gaps and misconceptions are showing up lately.
