Looking for someone knowledgable, with years of experience, and a little mean must know the laws and defend its clients.

You gave us zero details on what is the nature of your ordeal. Tax attorneys specialize in tax controversies, i.e. situations when the tax law is not clear, particularly when the case is likely to require taking the IRS to court - a rare situation. And tax attorneys are the most expensive among tax professionals. 

If you are dealing with an IRS audit or IRS collection, maybe you do not need a tax attorney. Maybe you need an Enrolled Agent or a CPA specializing in IRS representation: someone who can defend you at a significantly lower cost, compared to attorneys.
