We're Owners! Looking for CPA recommendations (South NJ/Philly)

Me and my partner just bought our first investment/mixed use property in New Jersey last week! Unsurprisingly, since it was our first time buying a home, let alone an investment property, not everything went our way, but we are really excited and have been working hard over the last week or two to get everything in order.

One of the biggest things on the to-do list is to find a great CPA, especially since this is a mixed use investment property. Any suggestions on CPA's that specialize in real estate investing that work in the Brigantine/Atlantic City or Philadelphia area?

Hi Maureen:
Congratulations!! I have been a real estate investor for over 10 years now. My husband and I invest in NJ and PA. Since the beginning, we always valued a great accountant as well. We have been through a few over the years. We have been using Jason for a few years and he has been absolutely fantastic. He really "gets" real estate since he is also a real estate investor himself.   He has saved us a ton of money and has been instrumental as we have grown our business.  Jason Dubnik has his own practice (Dubnik & Associates).
