Staging AirBnB w/self directed IRA w/Garage Sale Finds

Hello my Realestate Adventure Partners. I am stepping out into a new market and could use some guidance from the experts out there. I am in the process of purchasing a short term rental through my self directed IRA and I am laying out my Decorating and Staging Plan. We are firm believers in repurposed items and eclectic decorating concepts and there is no better place to find these items than garage sales and flee markets, but they require cash only transactions. Is there a way to manage cash only transactions through the self directed IRA?
