Searching for Florida accountant/advisor for realtor/investor

Hi, I’m a Florida based agent/short term rental investor in Orlando seeking an advisor/accountant that specializes in real estate tax. Any help greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Jeremy,
I'm not saying there are no qualified CPAs in Florida but don't be afraid to go out of state. Real estate taxes are the same no matter what state you're in, especially since you're in Florida with no state tax.

Hi @Jeremy Sainlar I have many colleagues both Realtors, wholesalers, landlords etc that use either of these two that are stellar in this space as both are actually active investors themselves and fully understand all aspects of RE. I don't know if you noticed that @Lance Lvovsky is in FL. He is not allowed to say - hey, give me a call. But I can suggest that you do give him a call. He made the national "top 40 under 40" list last year. :)
Besides Lance, there are 20+ accountants on this forum who work nationwide regardless of where our offices are located.

Are you open to working with an accountant remotely?

I would prioritize finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation over one that is local.
