Does anyone had any strong recommendations for good resources either in book or video regarding tax strategies to maximize tax savings/deductions ?

    Not a book but an excellent YouTube channel – podcast is Mark Kohler from kkos lawyers and accountants. Listening to him was a game changer for us

    Every Landlord’s Tax Deduction Guide. It’s a great book and easy to understand terms. Make sure you purchase the most recent version so that you have more current tax changes.

    @Daniel Dietz Agreed, Kohler showed up in my You Tube feed and I have been hooked ever since.  He is very easy to understand and makes complex tax topics much less daunting for those that don't eat drink and sleep it.  Actually tried to reach out to his office to work with them, but their toll free number is always busy (is it different now?) and no one has followed up with me when I filled out their online form.  Shame.
