Looking for a boutique PM firm in Raleigh area

Hi,

I have a small multifamily portfolio in Raleigh that needs help with property management. The PM firm that I had used has sold her company to a larger firm and I'm unhappy with the slow communication and neglect of responsibility. I'm looking for a small PM team that can really take a different approach rather than having to reach out to multiple people to get one thing done in a large PM team. Please help make recommendations. Thank you
