Looking for a Property Manager in Columbus, OH

Hi everyone,

I’m an out-of-state investor based in Southern California and I’m currently expanding my portfolio into the Columbus, Ohio market.

I’m in the process of identifying my next purchase (likely a single-family or small multifamily property) and I’m looking to connect with a reliable, investor-friendly property manager before I move forward with a deal.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience managing rental properties in the Columbus area
• Works regularly with out-of-state investors
• Can provide insight on rent ranges, tenant demand, and neighborhood trends
• Offers full-service management (leasing, maintenance, rent collection, etc.)
• Is responsive and communication-focused

I’m building a long-term portfolio and value strong partnerships, so I’m looking for a manager I can grow with—not just for a single property.
