We are looking for a hard money lender who will lend in New Mexico.  Anyone have any good leads for lending in this area.

    @Ty Kirkpatrick  In NM we could offer the following structure:

    -Up to 85% of PP
    -90% of Rehab
    -Typically 60% of closing costs financed
    -11% I/O
    -4 Points
    -12 month term
    -No PPP

    Let me know your thoughts on this.

    I am a direct hard money lender willing to lend in NM on 1 - 4 unit properties, multifamily, office, retail and mixed use with long term fixed or 2 year interest only programs to cater to your project.  Call me to discuss

    @Ty Kirkpatrick I'm glad to see so many responses. I've had a very hard time finding true HML who will lend on rehab and purchase in NM. Let us know if any of these work out. I'm meeting with a PML who does NM I'll send details if it looks good. What type of project are you looking at? I've always got my eye on residential flips in Santa Fe.
