    @Mario Brown  I would be interested in financing this deal for your potential buyer as well. We are direct lenders that offer up to 90% of purchase and 100% of rehab. We don't charge interest upfront on the construction holdback. We use a LOC structure that saves investors tons on interest costs and allows them to profit more.
