The one in my tag line ... "If it doesn't make dollars, it doesn't make sense." Meaning, if an asset isn't making you money or will make you money, it doesn't make sense to invest in it.

Interest don't sleep.

I guess it's along the line of what @Pat L. and @James Wise said. You operate like a bank. You make money with OPM, and the interest keeps on compounding. It would be nice to tell your bank not to charge you interest on the weekends and holidays.

Don't say "I can't afford it." Ask yourself, "HOW can I afford it?"
