Where do I put my savings while trying to find an investment property?

Hi BiggerPocket verse! Can you guys give me an advice on where to put my savings while I am looking for an investment property? I need something that can protect my money from inflation. But at the same time I can get access to my money the moment I need it for purchase of property. I'm from Philippines.
