Looking for some contacts, I currently live in Louisville Kentucky and have a bank here that will loan me money for a vacation rental in Destin. But the terms are not great, looking for some contacts for some local banks in Destin that I could start building a relationship with. If anyone has a good contact and is willing to share it that would be awesome.

thanks

@Robbie Eddington - That'll definitely depend on the type of property that you're looking to purchase and how you plan on purchasing. As an investor and agent in the area, I work with some investors who utilize lenders that only look at the asset and your credit score (but not your DTI), while others choose to purchase as a second home loan. Some lenders are great with condos while others don't touch them -- A lot of it will depend on your goals pressing forward :)
