Company to find renters but not manage property?

Does anyone know of any companies in Pittsburgh who will find and vet out renters without then also managing the property? The property is located in Bloomfield between children’s and west Penn. I’ve reached out to both hospitals and UPMC without any luck. It’s hard to get to the right people who can steer you in the right direction. Furnished finders doesn’t seem to have much traffic at this present time. Thanks for any insight.
