For those growing rental portfolios:

Are you still finding DSCR to be the easiest path for scaling?

It is perfect for buy and hold investors. The long prepays make it difficult to scale, especially in markets where there is huge equity upside. If you are able to bite the rate and maybe opt for a shorter Prepay with an interest-only term to help cashflow, then it might be worthwhile to consider DSCR loans. They are not a one-stop solution however.

Conventional financing, short term bridge loans, and other Non-QM loans can be used to scale quickly.
