zillow rental property manager?

Question

Just curious if anyone has used zillow to manage their properties. Wondering if their screening software is effective, and if the payments and other software is easy to use and organized.

@Andy Rousch just to post listings, the bigger units usually they charge for the listings on the site.. I have not see great stuff with rental checks etc. There are other platforms better for this type of background check etc.

I've used Zillow Property Management for listing, background and credit checks (potential tenant pays for), leases, and rent collection. It worked well for a good start. Rent collection does take about a week to hit the account though.

We use zillow rental manager to post our rental listings and we like it because it saves all of the property for the next time we list. As far as screening people through Zillow, we have never done that primarily because we have our own website people apply through.

@Andy Rousch Ive tried it before, but for myself and my clients, the preferred background screener is Cozy, its fast, easy and the mobile UI is great. The only downside to Cozy is that their payment system isn't the greatest as processing time is way too long.

I use it and it works well. Credit screening and criminal checks are okay, though I did discover arrests through a Google search that it didn’t list.
