Driving myself nuts with Fridge selection

New property. LIGHT reno. Tenant coming Wednesday. Fridge hole is 36" the 36" fridges are 1k+ the $700 fridges are 30" deal with the 3" on each side or what? 

Also fridge and stove are black. Black fridge is hard to find these days just go stainless? 

Not sure why I'm over thinking this so hard. I used to pound beer until 3am on Friday nights. Look at me now! Lol.

So get drunk and go shopping online for a fridge. Tomorrow you will figure out if you ended up with a 30 or 36" - maybe even a micro fridge if you are really hammered.
