Hey all you Sacramento BP MeetUP folks.

I'm working out of town this month and won't be around for our January 30th meeting.

Let's postpone the MeetUP (early March looks doable).

    Hi @Al Williamson ,

I just saw your meetup in Sac while I was updating my posting for a meetup in Stockton next Tuesday 1/21 in the evening. I wish I could make it out there to meet you in person, but I'll be in a different part of the state then. I happen to be working in Stockton for next week, so I set this up to talk about some more inland deals than I'm currently in.. If anyone would like to join us next week, feel free to come also. It will definitely be smaller than the 20+ people at the last few East Bay meetups I organized. But has always been a good group from BP..

    @Al Williamson

Earlier you mentioned possibly doing a meetup in early March. Does that still look doable? I'm definitely interested.

@Jason Flynn Yep. I'm in the Denver airport ready to flying home. My New Mexico work assignment is complete. Let's pick a date in March to rock and roll.

@Al Williamson i'm good with most dates before March 10th. After that it gets trickier with work, but I can try to make anything happen.

I'm available most of the month except during the day on 1-2 March. We may want to start looking at locations. Does anyone have a preference for where to meet?

    Simon,

Keep watching this thread for more.

Everyone else, What about 19 March. May not work well for everyone else like Jason but doing it before March 10th is going to get tricky unless we pick a date now. Can't keep putting it off.

March 19th is the same day as the monthly meeting of the Capital City Wealth Builders REIA.

March 19th looks good. Are meetings typically in the evening?

Let's start with finding a meeting place in Sacramento. Can someone recommend a spot that holds around 30 folks?

It would be great if the spot was donated.

I think it'd be good to keep it on a different day than the CCWB meetings...

Definitely. I have started to look but haven't found anything. There are a few restaurants that may work but I'm not sure of how much we would need to spend.

I can get our local W. Sac VFW next to the river with easy freeway access for $50 but free is still better. We would just need to pick a night that is available.

Does anyone/everyone want to consider a meeting on a weekend? I'm not sure why all the REIA meetings are during the week other than it leave the weekends free for family time.

I'm good for it on Saturdays, and evenings are better than days.

Shoot for an evening after 5:30pm during the week. What about at bar or somewhere more fun / relaxing.
