    @Colin Wakefield - what area are you in and what type of real estate investing are you looking for? I know a few people that periodically do stuff like this.

      I’m in South Jordan looking for deals in Salt Lake and Utah counties. Small multifamily. If you know of any meetups I’d be interested!

    A friend runs a veterans meetup... there's also the SL REIA and Utah REIA -- both will have some multifamily operators.
