This poster certifies that there will be no pitching of products or services at this event.

Time of Event: 10/31/2015 from 11:00AM to 2.00PM

Location: The UnUrban Cafe, 3301 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90404

Parking: There is 2 hour FREE parking on Urban Ave and metered spots on Pico Blvd

Fee to Attend: Free

UnUrban Café is casual hipster style cafeteria with very convenient central location (next to 10 and 405 freeways). The all back room space is reserved for our meetup and fits about up to 35 people.

Also... the owner will NOT be charging us any rent as long as we are good patrons and everyone buys a coffee and/or a bite.

We will have 3 hours for our meeting in the back room and we can continue to network in the front of the cafe after 2:00pm).

@Suzy Crawford Ive been to 4 or 5 of these. The meetings are very laid back. Everyone just introduces themselves and explains what they are up to or what they are interested in. It's a good range of people some who have just started thinking about REI and some who have done many deals. After introductions it's open conversation and at the end there is time for networking.
I may miss this one but will do my best.

I'd like to attend but I noticed it's a hipster style cafe. I might be the opposite of hip. I don't own any skinny jeans or wear a beard or a handle bar moustache. Would I still be welcome?

It is really just a place to meet and network with like minded people and perhaps find a good partner for your first/next deal.

@Joey Dwyer no, not at all. it is very casual meeting. Btw if anybody has an idea for different place, which accommodate easy parking and it's free - more than welcome to share.
