We are pleased to announce Atlanta Networking Open House: Learn about Multi-Family Investing.

What is this event?

This event gives real estate professionals an opportunity for an on-site visit to a Multi-Family property and learn, share ideas around multi-family investing:

*Finding Multi-Family Properties

*Due Diligence

*Financing Your MF properties

*Buy, Rehab, Rent, Repeat – see it in action

*Discuss Local Market Trends and Insights in Multi-Family properties

*And discuss other questions that are not listed above.

What to expect?

  • Network with fellow Investors and Real Estate professionals in the Atlanta area
  • See units in different stages – Fully complete | Rehab Units | Gutted Units
  • Walk around and ask questions about anything Multi-Family properties
  • It’s simply an open house aimed at learning about MF investing
  • Have Donuts and Coffee

    I wish I was going to be in town for this Azeez.  I am sure it will be informative and well attended.   I hope to be in town in January.   Just closed on another place in Druid Hills.   Will keep you posted.   @Jeannie Comer thinks you are a top notch investor and would love to learn more from you!   Good luck

    @Azeez K. So glad you mentioned that there will be no gurus selling and CD’s, magazines or software -- such a turnoff! I know folks want to make money, but for a newbie like me, it amounts to nothing but noise and interference.

     Man, I pass these every day going between two houses I'm rehabbing in that area and think to myself how much I wish they would show up on the market!!  How did I miss this?  It would've been the perfect value-add multi to "cut my teeth in".  Good luck, you'll do great and I look forward to seeing the end result.
