Hello All, 

With the new year on the horizon, I want to go ahead and get a regular BP meetup going in Charlotte.  We would love to host at The Brass Tap in South End, and I'd like to propose the 3rd or 4th Monday of every month.  That would make the first meetup of 2016 either January 18th or 25th.  Last time I believe we did 7pm and that seemed to work well.  @Troy Knight@Don Harris@Justin F.@Jasmine S.@Abhi Golharlet me know your thoughts, and please feel free to tag anyone else!

    Hello everyone!  Just a reminder that the meet up will be tonight at 7pm until whenever.  The Brass Tap is located at 1440 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28203.  There is street parking as well as parking in our lot across the street, and in the Ferguson Home Fixtures lot.  

    Also, all NC pints are $3 in celebration of the Panthers victory!  See you all there!

    Curious How the meeting went and what was discussed. I'm such an early bird that late night just don't seem to work very well.

    IM one of those people that enjoy getting up at 430 am but in bed by 9pm.

    So if any one wants to meet during the day and discuss charlotte ,and real estate hit me up.  Thinking about a monthly blog as well. So love to hear more feed back on the meeting, and what interest the local folks have here. I am in Rock Hill ,but have been buying, selling , building, flipping , holding real estate for 16 years now in and around Charlotte .

    @Alex Franks It went well. We did not talk about any common point but tried to talk to each other and introduced ourselves. Came to know lot of folks with different back grounds. For me it was great as it is my first REI meet. Great people and had nice time for couple of hours. Would love meet again.

    @Darrell Shepherd we are going to target the last Monday of every month to start.  If you don't already, definitely set up a keyword search for 'Charlotte' as I'll always be including that in the post announcing the meetup.
