March 8, 2016 Meetup in Manhattan w/special guest Ben Leybovich

Hello BiggerPockets members from all over the NYC metropolitan area, the greatest city in the world!  The winter is almost over according to the groundhog.  That makes it prime time for us to get back together and talk and learn about what we love so much: Real Estate Investing!    

Many of us having been waiting for a couple years now to meet our special guest for this incredible Meetup in Manhattan.  I'm pleased to say we've finally made it happen and BP Legend @Ben Leybovich is coming on March 8th!  You must register to attend this event.

I can't think of a better way to start off the year for our Meetups!  For those of you who don't know Ben I'm surprised, because I don't know of many other as opinionated members of BP who contribute the way Ben has over the years.  In case you don't know, Ben has appeared on more BP podcasts than any other guest.  Podcast 14, Podcast 61, and Podcast 152. Ben is a repeat guest because he knows what he's doing when it comes to investing in Multi family properties and syndicating deals. He's a person we all can listen to and learn. Ben is going to share his story and talk about how to Analyze a multi family investment, from HIS perspective. Did you expect any other? Ben's story is amazing. He started out like most of us knowing nothing about REI and now he does what he wants when he wants, including driving a Tesla every day.

We're very pleased to finally have Ben join us for one of our events.  It will be a very special evening.

We have a new location for this event with a bit more space.  It will have 2 big screens for everyone to see and hear from Ben.  The location is called LMHQ and it's address is 150 Broadway, between Liberty and Cortland on the 20th floor in downtown Manhattan.  We start at 6pm and go to 9pm.  It's a great space and here's what it looks like:

 In the past we've been able to piggy back on space from the help of @Matt Rodak and Fund That Flip dot com.  We can't get space with them at the moment but Matt's still helping out, as is our new Senior Sponsor, Paul Dicker from GuaranteedRate dot com, and @Benjamin Hirsch from Regal Kitchens.  Expect to hear from them all during the event before Mr. Leybovich speaks.  I'm sure they'll talk about their services, so expect it.  Expect Ben to talk a little about his CFFU product.  Expect others at the event to pitch you something.  It's going to happen so expect it.  

Even with the sponsors we're still going to need to charge a minor fee to enter provided you register up to the day before the event.  $10.  Can't afford that?  Well, I don't know then if even @Brandon Turner and his Book on No (and Low) Money down can help you.  Any late comers will have an additional minor fee.  Don't worry, we'll still have some food to nibble on and things to drink to make it worth your coming.  Besides, the networking and information from Ben is priceless!  

Even if you're brand new to BiggerPockets, a first time investor or seasoned Pro, money lender or contractor, wholesaler or business professional, or you've been out of the game and need to get back in, be sure to be there and meet other members and those interested in Real Estate investing from the NYC metro area which includes Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Orange County, Fairfield County CT, and Northern NJ.

There is no dress code. Come as you feel most comfortable to network with others. Just be prepared for another great event!

Awesome stuff @Darren Sager! Sorry, I won't be able to make this one - I'm sure it's going to be a classic. Although not too many $30K pigs for @Ben Leybovich to argue over near NYC.  :)
