Hey Everybody,

Our last meet-up was full of great energy and information, and I am excited for that to continue at the next one. 

We will keep the same format of a speaker to start off the meeting, and then open up to our questions/networking portion of the meeting.  We are planning to meet at the same location of @Kit Crowne 's office...

    Hey Everyone,

    I just wanted to give some specifics about the upcoming meet up.  

    @Scott Hollister was able to secure Jeff Villano of Sachem Capitol to present about hard money loans.  He has a lot of experience with hard money lender, and it sounds like this meet-up will be super informative.  There will be a time after the presentation to network and talk about current, past and future deals. I will not be able to attend, as I am currently leading a summer program in Spain.

    Enjoy the meet-up and take notes, I will see you at the next one in August!

    We meet monthly, and have tried to keep it consistent with the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm.  We are meeting next Tuesday at 110 main street, manchester, ct at 6:00pm.  It would be great to see you there.

    If you can't use this link, just search Central CT REI Group, and you should be able to find and join.  Please join when you can and we can start sharing quick info with each other and help one another for 2017!  Quickly I came up with the following, but if anyone would like to modify it to better suit the group, please let me know!

    Central CT REI Group is a group of investors in CT who seek to share experience in the Real Estate Investment. Some of our members focus on one or all of the following: rehabbing properties, buy and hold properties, wholesaling.
