Hello again fellow BiggerPockets members from and around the greatest city in the world, New York! I'm pleased to announce our next Meetup in Manhattan will be taking place on Wednesday September 27 at 5:30pm, so put it in your calendar! BP Superstar Brandon Turner is joining us for the event!
This is two back to back events with BiggerPockets corporate superstars coming to our Meetup in Manhattan. Do I really need to give an intro about @Brandon Turner? Author of the best selling BP books The Book on Rental Property Investing, The Book on Managing Rental Properties, The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (And Low) Money Down. Co-Host of the BiggerPockets Podcast (hundreds of those). Thousands of forum and blog posts here on BiggerPockets. Yeah, that Brandon Turner is coming to our meetup and you now have a chance to meet him in person!
As usual, the event will take place at 27 East 28th Streetin the WeWork space. We'll start at 5:30pm and go to at least 8:30pm or until they kick us out.
We're going to have great networking with BiggerPockets members from all over the Tri State area. In addition we'll have food to eat AND even have Beer and Wine to drink (provided you're at least 21 years old of course).
The event amount is only $15 if you pay at time of sign up with Venmo or Paypal. You'll see on the sign up page here.$20 otherwise at anytime else (which is still an incredible value with all you're getting).

Even if you're brand new to BiggerPockets, a first time investor or a seasoned Pro, money lender or contractor, wholesaler or business professional, be sure to be there and meet other members and those interested in Real Estate investing from the NYC metro area which includes Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Orange County, Fairfield County CT, and Northern NJ (that includes you Hoboken, Jersey City, Newark, Maplewood, Montclair, West Orange, and so many more great towns!).
I'm hoping you city folk can make room for a crotchety old landlord from the Maine woods - I'll bring my own camp chair if need be! Assuming I can conquer the subway for the first time ever to get from JFK to 27 E 28th I'll be there. I'll probably just ride the rails, aimlessly, until I spot @Brandon Turner somewhere and then jump out. Very much looking forward to this.

We're VERY close to capacity for the event. IF you haven't registered on the sign up page and paid (which means NOT clicking on the "ATTEND EVENT" button at the top of this page) you're at serious risk of not getting in, simply because you couldn't follow instructions. Make it happen while you still can!
