Beginning in 2017 @Dan Mackin and I have decided to team up to bring more value for Real Estate Investors in Colorado's Front Range. We decided on the name "BadAss Real Estate Investors" to fit our mentality on investing and our community. We are not some rigid event group to pitch products or have a regulated events. We exist to help you learn, drink, socialize and progress in your real estate hobby/career.

I mean, have you met us? I've learned more over a pint with like minded people than in a hundred stuffy meetups! https://www.meetup.com/BadAssREI/

6 PM! GET READY!!

Come join us!!!

This is pure networking, we can do introductions of what you do (or want to do) and your name, and then find someone who is doing what you want to do and tackle them.

@Anson Young I'll be there. To anyone who might be considering it, I have only been to one other and it was an awesome meetup! I highly recommend it.

You're guy's name is a bit much, however I don't mind hearing the story behind it.  I'll try and make it.

    Hey BadAss Team,

I will be in Denver the week of Dec 17th working on a rehab. Could you let me know if there are any Meetups scheduled for that week? Would definitely be interested in attending. I live in Hawaii but am from Denver (Englewood/Greenwood Village/Centennial). Just picked up a SFH in Englewood and looking at expanding. Would love to met some fellow REI driven members. Let me know.

Usually that week, there would be a meetup for SMART in Littleton on the 18th, but not sure what their plans are with the holidays so close.

Tagging @Bryan O. and @Garry C. to see what the plans are for December
