Setting up another meetup here at the Thorndike Exchange in downtown Lowell. We've been having a great turn out so we're planning to keep this going on a recurring monthly basis . We will be looking to bring in an experienced investor and/or Real Estate Attorney to talk to the group and share some knowledge.

Like last time, we will be providing drinks (beer, soda, water) and snacks (boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, chips, cookies, etc) for the group.

If planning to attend please say so up above so we get a good head count and click "follow" so you'll get notified if I need to post some additional information about the event for the group.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again and hopefully some new faces, feel free to bring/invite people.

    Hi everyone we’re looking forward to the event in 2 days. You can park up front, of the parking lot fills up there is free street parking across the street on highland street. 

    Once you arrive just call us at 978-710-8611 and someone will buzz you in (building locks don at 6pm).

    We’re expecting a good turn out tonight and I’m excited to talk about our newest addition and how that’s impacting my plans for 2020.

    There will be 2 events going on in the lobby ours is in the back pool room, follow the signs and call my cell 978-710-8611 if you have any issues. 

    If the parking lot out front fills up there is free parking next door at the YMCA of across the street on highland st.

    We're trying to get another meetup going in Salem, a bit closer to Boston. We'll be bringing Joe Galvin, the lender from our August meetup in to talk to the group again and answer questions about FHA, 203k, and conventional financing.
